Charles E. Roberts 

Background:
Charles E. Roberts has attained Realtor Emeritus status having served the Realtor Community for over 45 years as a member of the GFRRA/South Shore Association, Mass Assoc ( MAR) and National Association of Realtors ( NAR ).

He has been a licensed Broker in both MA & RI since 1973 and at one time he held both an Auctioneer’s & Appraiser’s license in both states as well. He has completed well over 2000 resiodential and small commercial appraisals during that time. He has an extensive knowledge of the local/area markets having owned and or developed numerous multi family dwellings, facilitated the construction of a number of small condominium complexes and land subdivisions from one to 20 lots. He Also managed over 400 units of rental housing in the greater Fall River Area.

Charles has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Providence College ( 1966) and is a Vietnam Era Veteran.
Having attained the rank of Specialist 5 th Class while serving in the Finance Corps. He was awarded a number of letters of commendation and the Good Conduct Medal during his time of service He has also completed numerous continuing education courses and seminars over the years and on an ongoing
basis.

He was a partner Co-Owner of Seaport Mortgage for over 10 years prior to deciding to devote his full-time activities to real estate.

Brendan Roberts

Brendan Roberts, is a licensed sales agent in both MA & RI and has been associated with his father for over 20 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field. He deals with both owner occupants and investors. Brendan graduated from and received a Degree in Marketing from Manhatten College in New York. He has completed numerous BPO ( Broker Price Opinions ) for both local and national lenders as well as private individuals. He specializes in 1-6 unit buildings although he has dealt in larger residential structures.
